Why does my confirmation not match the hotel records?

The trip number located on your confirmation email is used by our dedicated Customer Service team so they can assist you with your travel needs. The hotel will not have that number in their system. The hotel may assign a separate reservation or confirmation number that isn’t always made available to us. You only need to provide your name, ID and credit card to check into the hotel.
