Effective Date: February 7, 2022
There are three basic categories of information we collect:
Here is a little more detail on each of these categories.
Information You Provide
When you interact with our Services, we may store and make further use of the information that you provide to us. For example, to become a member we require you to set up an account, so we may collect a few details about you to create your profile, such as a name, a username, an account password, an email address where we can contact you, a phone number, gender and date of birth. You must also provide billing information (such as credit and/or debit card account information) as part of the account setup process. We may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be used in support of membership services, such as a profile picture or linked social media accounts.
From time to time, we may request information from Site visitors or members to allow for participation in promotions, contests, sweepstakes, offers, surveys, polls, or other engagement opportunities. Participation in these activities is completely voluntary, and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. We may collect additional demographic, interest and behavioral data as part of these opportunities. If additional terms and conditions apply, you will see a notice at the time you provide your response.
When you contact customer support or communicate with us in any other way, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer or that we need to resolve your question.
Information Collected When You Use Our Services
When you use our Services, we collect information about which of those Services you’ve used and how you’ve used them. We might know, for instance, that you bought a product or service from a certain brand, saw a specific ad, or took advantage of certain offers. Of course, you’ll also provide us whatever information you send through our Services, such as shopping transactions, loyalty memberships, receipts or proofs of purchase information. We and/or our third-party service providers also collect transaction information when you use our Services including offers redeemed and travel bookings.

Information We Obtain from Others
We may collect information about you from other users, our affiliates and Third Parties. Here are a few examples:
We may use your personal information as permitted by law, for the following business purposes:
If we have trouble processing a payment or your membership, the information may be used to contact you. When you provide us with information in connection with a particular activity or otherwise register for our Services or provide your contact information, including an email address or telephone number in connection with that activity, product, or service, you agree that this action constitutes a purchase or inquiry establishing a business relationship with us.
You consent to us communicating with you regarding future information about our Services using the information you provided to us. With your consent, we may contact you with pre-recorded calls and calls and text messages to your mobile telephone number (including use of automated dialing equipment). We may also use any information that you provide to us to inform you of other products and services we offer, including reaching out to you if you started but did not complete a product registration process (where permissible).
Disclosure Within Our Family of Companies
Announcements. We may send you Service-related announcements and emails from time to time relating to your account. These include emails such as order confirmations, renewal/expiration notices, and payment-card problem notifications. We may also send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if any service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, the delivery of a Service is delayed, or if there is some Service issue with something you might have requested, we might send you a notice. Even if you have opted out receiving marketing communications from us, please be aware that we may still contact you with these Service-related messages.
Sale or Transfer of Business or Assets. In the event that we, or any of our businesses, are sold or disposed of as a going concern, whether by merger, sale of assets, or otherwise, or in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, personal and non-personal information of our visitors and registered users and members may be one of the assets sold or merged in connection with that transaction. Information about our visitors may also need to be disclosed in connection with a commercial transaction where we or any one of our businesses are seeking financing, investment, support, or funding.
Personal Information Retention
It is our intent to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you or received from a Third Party. We use a variety of current technologies and processes intended to protect our customer data. We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract to only what they need to carry out their responsibilities. It is our practice to use encryption whenever we receive or transmit sensitive data.
We protect the personal information within our custody or control with appropriate organizational, technological and physical safeguards. We store personal information in electronic and physical files in a manner consistent current security practices, and restrict access to records and data processing equipment, password protocols, and encryption and security software. For example, when you enter credit card information on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology. You can easily determine whether TLS is in use by looking at the Web address (URL) in your browser window: The first few letters will change from "http" to "https" when you are transmitting information protected by encryption (the "s" in "https" stands for "secure").
However, despite our efforts, no system can completely guarantee that there will never be unauthorized access to your personal information, and your use of the Site indicates that you are willing to assume this risk. You are responsible for ensuring the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username and password with anyone.
You can unsubscribe at any time from receiving marketing electronic messages by following the instructions in the message, for example by clicking "Unsubscribe". You can also remove your information from our database so as not to receive future marketing communications or to close your account by emailing us at [email protected] or sending mail to the following address:
PO Box 290728
Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728
Please note that changes may not be effective immediately. In each event, you must clearly indicate the information that you wish to have changed or clearly indicate that you wish to have your personal information removed from our database. We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably possible.
Please also note, even if you have opted out of receiving marketing communications from us, please be aware that we may still contact you for other purposes. For example, we may contact you to provide communications you have consented to receive, regarding the products or Services we provide to you, or if you contact us with an inquiry.
If you wish to opt out of interest-based advertising, please visit http://optout.aboutads.info/#!/ and http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#!/ Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually remove or reject browser cookies through the settings on your browser or device.
