How do I know my booking went through?

Look for our unique trip identifier number located on your confirmation email. Be aware that the hotel will not have that number in their system, but they will assign their own reservation or confirmation number that isn’t always shared with us. You can rest easy knowing that we will call ahead of time to confirm your reservation, and resolved any issues behind the scenes. That way you only need to provide your name, ID and credit card to check into the hotel.
