Why didn't I receive my confirmation email?

Once you book a hotel, we’ll send you an email to confirm your reservation. The confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with your account. If you cannot find it in your inbox, check your junk or SPAM folder. For Gmail accounts, it may also appear in the Promotions or Social tabs.

Alternatively, you can also log back into the site and check the “My Trips” section on the main travel page to view your travel details. If you still cannot find your email confirmation, please feel free to call us at 888-885-5282.
