Why haven't I received my Welcome Bonus?
If you are eligible for a Welcome Bonus and have completed the claim process but haven't received it, a few things could have happened:
- It usually takes 3-6 weeks for your Welcome Bonus claim to process before we're able to send you a check. If your claim was submitted less than 6 weeks ago, please allow more time for your claim to finish processing.
- You must claim your Welcome Bonus within 30 days of joining. Unfortunately, you won't be able to claim it if more than 30 days have passed since you joined.
- If proof of purchase was requested when you submitted your claim, we may not have received it. Please email your proof of purchase to [email protected]. If you enter your purchase information but do not send your proof of purchase, we won't be able to process your claim and send you a check.
